At Skin Cupid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your K-Beauty and J-Beauty haul. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a return.

  Contact Our Team

  Email our customer support at hello@skincupid.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
